Project Overview
Measured was engaged on behalf of the builder following a successful tender for the Aboriginal Housing Victoria development in Dandenong. This meaningful project delivers much-needed supported accommodation, contributing to improved housing outcomes for individuals requiring secure and appropriate living environments.
Acting in a builder-side project management capacity, Measured provided comprehensive oversight across the planning and delivery phases. Our role focused on coordinating project stakeholders, managing programme and sequencing, mitigating delivery risks, and ensuring alignment between design intent, construction methodology, and budget outcomes.
The project scope involved the demolition of existing residential dwellings and the construction of new three-storey supported accommodation units, alongside associated civil infrastructure works and external landscaping. Throughout delivery, we worked closely with the builder and consultant team to streamline construction processes, resolve design and buildability challenges, and maintain project momentum within constrained timeframes.
