Project Overview

Measured was engaged to support the delivery of the Plumpton Aquatic Centre through targeted value management and cost optimisation services. Working closely with both the builder and architect, our role focused on improving cost efficiency while maintaining alignment with the design intent and functional requirements of the facility.

We undertook a detailed assessment of value management initiatives identified by the project team, providing accurate quantification and cost evaluation to inform decision-making. In addition, Measured independently identified further cost-saving opportunities, leveraging our expertise to challenge assumptions, improve efficiency, and achieve better value for money across the project.

Our collaborative approach ensured that all recommendations were clearly presented and commercially grounded, enabling the architect and wider stakeholder group to make informed choices without compromising the quality or performance of the aquatic facility.
